We're growing and looking for an experienced, driven, hands-on Call Center Manager for our headquarters in Buford, Georgia.


Our Call Center Manager Will:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing inside sales team of up to 30 call center representatives, driving results through coaching, accountability, and motivation.
  • Create a winning sales culture by developing talent, celebrating success, and helping team members reach their full potential.
  • Own performance metrics by analyzing KPIs, improving productivity, and delivering exceptional customer and sales outcomes.
  • Coach in real time through call monitoring, feedback, and hands-on development that builds confidence and closes more sales.
  • Partner with senior leadership to implement strategies, optimize processes, and continuously elevate team performance.
  • Make a measurable impact in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment where your leadership directly influences revenue, customer experience, and career development.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of call center leadership experience, including managing teams of 15–30+ inside sales or customer service representatives.
  • Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees while consistently achieving sales, service, and productivity goals.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with experience using call center performance metrics (KPIs) and CRM/call center technology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Experience leading inside sales teams in a high-volume, performance-driven call center environment, with knowledge of workforce management and quality assurance best practices.
