Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or communications, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in marketing and managing social and influencer campaigns for consumer brands.
  • Experience working cross functionally with various stakeholders and teams.
  • Experience at an agency or brand running a successful social channel.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's Degree.
  • Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline business or development workflows.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the YouTube ecosystem, creators, and culture.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of social and influencer campaigns in partnership with creative agencies, creators, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners on overall marketing strategy for priority product areas. Partner with regional and local teams to identify opportunities to scale strategies and campaigns globally, and support those teams in doing so.
  • Partner with analysts to track the performance of campaigns, develop recommendations to optimize in real time, apply learnings to future campaigns, and report on their impact.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans and mitigations to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. Ensure the legal and regulatory compliance of all campaign work, from licensing and usage to fixed-term contract (FTC) disclosures.
  • Manage internal stakeholders, from coordinating executive approval of campaigns, to status reporting for Go-to-Market partners.
