A local contractor in the Puyallup area is looking for an installation manager to lead our team of talented installers.
The HVAC Installation Manager reports directly to the HVAC General Manager and is primarily responsible to supervise all Installation Technicians and apprentices. Facilitates quality/field safety inspections and completes customer service calls to job sites in customer homes. Coach and train team on customer service, technical & mechanical knowledge, and company products and services. Recruits, trains, and retains Install Technicians and customer satisfaction.
You will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to maximize capacity, efficiency and profitability. You will manage staff and exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality installations, every time.
Pay: $100,000 - $110,000 plus bonuses and spiffs for a potential income of up to $150,000

What you will need:
- 5+ years experience in HVAC/residential retrofit installation
- Prior HVAC managerial experience preferred
- Valid drivers' license and ability to pass drug test and background check.
- Strong organizational leadership skills and the ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives.
- Great attitude, high energy, great communication skills, sales driven.
- HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
- Strong computer skills (word, excel, adobe, etc.)
- Proven track record of high-impact project implementations.
- Ability to analyze and interpret large data sets for decision support.
- Able to work with minimal direct guidance or direction.
