Position Summary

The Decorative Metal Lead Installer is responsible for installing decorative metals at job sites while ensuring quality, accuracy, and safe work practices. The Lead Installer will perform hands-on installation work, coordinate installation activities, and ensure projects are completed according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and perform decorative metal installation at job sites.

  • Install decorative metal products accurately and efficiently.

  • Measure, align, and fit materials according to project requirements.

  • Perform field adjustments and troubleshoot installation challenges.

  • Maintain a safe and organized job site.

  • Communicate with supervisors and project teams regarding installation progress.
