As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Installation Specialist to join our team. 
 
Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Installation Specialist to play a crucial role in our mission to provide cutting-edge communication solutions. As an Installation Specialist at Metropolitan Communications Inc., you will be responsible for installing radios, lighting, sirens, and other electronic devices in vehicles tailored to the unique needs of emergency services, schools, commercial clients, and industrial facilities. You will also be responsible for assisting our Technical Specialist and Senior Installation Specialist in the design, installation, and maintenance of Emergency Services Radio systems, BDAs, Repeater Systems, and various other systems.
 
Key Responsibilities:

- Vehicle builds to include installing radios, lighting, sirens, cameras, and other various electronic devices.
- Assist Technical Specialist and Senior Installation Specialist with on-site installations of advanced communication systems, including Emergency Services systems, BDAs, Repeater Systems, and other specialized systems, adhering to company standards and client specifications.
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of installed equipment to ensure optimal performance in diverse and critical settings.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, and customer interactions.
 
Qualifications:

- Experience as an Installation Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in using tools including various power tools. 
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
