Job description

Lanz Heating & Cooling of Champaign, IL is scouting a full-time Entry-Level HVAC Installation Technician to interact with homeowners while installing quality residential heating and cooling systems. You will be expected to work well with our team of installers to achieve the common goal of going above and beyond for customer satisfaction, and meeting all company standards and guidelines. Our installers generally start their day at 7 am, or on the agreed-upon time put forth by their supervisor. This entry-level HVAC Installation Technician position offers competitive pay plus SPIFFS that are based on customer feedback and sales. ENTRY-LEVEL HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS
