Key Responsibilities for our Lead HVAC Installer:
  • Lead and complete residential HVAC installations from start to finish
  • Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and residential ductwork
  • Supervise, train, and mentor install helpers
  • Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company standards
  • Perform system start-ups and verify proper operation
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding system operation and job progress
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
  • Complete the required job documentation accurately
  • Represent Advantage Air in a professional manner

Requirements:Requirements for our Lead HVAC Installer:
  • EPA Section 608 Universal Certification
  • Minimum 3โ€“5 years of residential HVAC installation experience
  • Proven leadership and crew management ability
  • Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and best practices
  • Ability to read and interpret installation manuals and schematics
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and clean driving record

Working Conditions: Regularly works in indoor/outdoor elements with extreme variation in temperatures. Climbing, heavy lifting, standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, and reaching are required for this position. Ability to work in tight spaces such as attics and/or crawlspaces, ability to lift 50 pounds, to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items, occasionally work from heights 15 feet or higher above ground, have good visual acuity to see and focus close, at a distance, and with normal peripheral vision and normal depth perception, Willing to work hours outside of normal work schedule, if needed.
