What You'll Do

As a Heat Pump HVAC Intern or Technician, you'll play an essential role in helping our customers stay comfortable year-round. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heat pump systems.
  • Learning to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues.
  • Supporting the team in ensuring all projects meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Providing excellent customer service while on-site.
  • Keeping tools and equipment organized and in good working condition.
