House Cleaner Specialist

Join our team at DearMaids as a subcontractor housekeeping specialist. We are a premier cleaning service serving the entire North side of Indianapolis (Fishers, Carmel, Westfield, Noblesville, McCordsville, Lawrence, Zionsville), specializing in residential and Airbnb cleaning. We are seeking individuals who currently own their own cleaning company and are looking to expand their client base.

Responsibilities:

- Perform cleaning services for clients - residential, vacation rentals, etc.

- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism.

- Provide all necessary cleaning supplies for the job.

Requirements:

- Provide a certificate of insurance with minimum general liability coverage.

- Have an auto insurance policy for their vehicle.

- Pass a standard background check.

- Sign a non-disclosure agreement and non solicit agreement

Payment and Schedule:

- Paid by the job

- Invoice weekly for all jobs worked.

- Bi-weekly payment on every other Friday, aligned with W2 employees.

- No hourly tracking or mileage reimbursement.

Additional Information:

- Most jobs are commercial accounts.

- Evening and weekend availability required.

- Track and submit Certificate of Insurance based on policy renewals.
