PowerFAIDS Consultant

The Higher Education Assistance Group, Inc. (HEAG) is actively seeking consultants to work throughout the country who have utilized the PowerFAIDS software platform. We are looking for PowerFAIDS software specialists with a minimum of 5 years of recent experience in a Financial Aid Office setting to perform tasks such as Parameter Roll, Software upgrades, data exchange, management of funds, federal loan and grant processing, originations and disbursements.

Successful candidates must demonstrate competency and be well versed in the administration of financial aid programs. Successful candidates will have expertise in the PowerFAIDS system to successfully integrate with other systems through external and internal reporting platforms.

Consultants must be able to create dynamic reports to address internal and external needs such as

FISAP, Reconciliation, and all other system management tasks and duties. Candidates must have excellent communications skills and demonstrated ability to work independently. Contract assignments can be both short and long term and may include travel. Hours can also vary by assignment.
