Production Supervisor - Elastomer

We are hiring an Elastomer Production Supervisor who will be responsible for our Elastomer team at our Cunningham location. This position will report to the Production Manager.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Manage Elastomer production based of customer backlog
• Help engineering’s root cause performance issues
• Train Press operators and other shop personnel
• Plan weekly production schedules
• Work with supply chain to arrange raw materials in a timely manner
• Manage the ERP system to help with manufacturing efficiency

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience with Elastomer manufacturing
• Experience with compression, transfer and injection molding of elastomeric parts
• Experience with pressure control elastomer manufacturing would be preferable
• High School Diploma
