Job description

We are hiring a Bilingual Production Lead for a fast-paced warehouse container unloading operation.

This position requires someone who can lead a team while also working alongside them unloading containers. The lead is responsible for keeping the crew productive, organized, and moving at a fast pace.

?? This is physical work in a production environment. The lead must be able to set the pace and lead by example.

?? Production Based Pay
Leads can earn $180+ per day depending on production.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a container unloading crew

  • Unload containers and palletize freight

  • Keep the team moving quickly and efficiently

  • Communicate instructions to workers

  • Maintain productivity and organization during container unloads

  • 7 am to 4 pm (m-thu)

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)

  • Leadership experience preferred

  • Must be dependable and motivated

  • Must be comfortable doing physical warehouse work
