Lumper / Container Unloader
Kearny, NJ | Per Diem / As-Needed Opportunity

Our client is seeking reliable and hardworking Lumpers (Warehouse Unloaders) to support container unloading operations in Kearny, NJ. This is a physically demanding role in a fast-paced logistics environment and a great opportunity for individuals looking for extra income or side work.
This position works on a per diem / as-needed basis depending on container schedules and operational needs. Work availability may vary and is not a guaranteed daily schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload freight and products from containers, trailers, and trucks
• Manually move, sort, stack, and palletize products efficiently
• Shrink-wrap and label pallets for shipment
• Support warehouse and loading/unloading operations as needed
• May use pallet jacks or basic warehouse tools when required
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures
• Work as part of a team to meet unloading and productivity goals

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or lumper experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to consistently lift 50–75 lbs
