Job description

Company Overview:

  • PFP Logistics is a third-party (3PL)Staffing Companythat works in Warehouses' Shipping and Receiving Departments across the nation.
  • We are contracted tostaff and managethe following positions: Loading and Unloading, Equipment Operators, Order Selection, Pallet Re-Stack, Labeling, and Facility Sanitation.


Position Overview:

  • Oversee 8-10 associates at a cold storage warehouse, unloading containers + palletizing floor load product.
  • Main Objective: Assist + Monitor work / Document work completed


Pay + Schedule:

  • $25 an hour + Benefits!
  • Monday - Friday
    • 3:00pm - 11:00pm
  • Some Saturdays


Daily Responsibilities:

  • Supervise team members unloading containers + other assigned tasks
  • Monitor productivity and adherence to safety protocols
  • Train and coach staff on proper procedures, equipment use, and cold storage best practices
  • Maintain documentation and communicate any discrepancies or damages


Requirements:

  • Able to lift 50lbs consistently
  • Communication:Strong verbal and written communication skills in a business environment
  • Reliable Transportation
