A Typical shift at Young Guns:

A Typical shift at Young Guns:
- Unload/Load containers until the daily workload is complete (usually 8-10 hrs depending on daily workload)
- We physically hand unload the freight from shipping containers, build the stock onto pallets, wrap the pallets and then stage them for put-away drivers.
- Work is physical and repetitive, with some team lifts up to 75lbs
- Safety is critical to Young Guns, and Job Rotation schedules are in place on all YG Sites.
- MHE License desirable
