Position Overview:
As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our client's distribution process, ensuring that goods are moved efficiently and safely around the warehouse. You will be at the heart of operations, from unloading containers and shipping trailers to replenishing items and picking orders.
Shift Details:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate sit-down forklifts to unload containers and shipping trailers efficiently.
  • Maneuver stand-up reach forklifts to replenish stock and execute precise order picking.
  • Utilize RF scanners to accurately identify and select items during order fulfillment.
  • Navigate computer systems to locate pallet positions and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Participate in manual loading and unloading tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
Requirements for Success:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on forklift operation within a fast-paced distribution or warehousing environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in operating various types of forklifts with a keen focus on safety and efficiency. Solid computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
