These bookings can range from corporate/business travel to leisure travel, and all must be handled accurately and in an efficient and professional manner. We aim to meet and exceed all expectations of our clients, ensuring they return again and again. Responsibilities: 

• Provide excellent customer service skills to every client
• Research, plan, and organized vacation packages to meet client desires
• Create quotes, itineraries, and invoices for clients
• Collecting and processing client payments in a secure fashion
• Keep up to date with travel industry trends, industry regulations, and destination updates

Skills:

• Time management
• Clear communication: written, spoken, and listening
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated 
• Computer literate
• Sales and Marketing skills is an advantage 
• Entrepreneurial mindset is recommended
• Passion and knowledge for travel a plus

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Citizen of the United States, Australia, or Mexico
• Smart phone or computer with reliable internet
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team 
• Availability to attend live and recorded trainings 
• Maintain travel partner and vendor relationships
• Willing and ready to learn: coachable 
• Strong mindset
