World Travel Holdings is hiring sales-driven Villa Travel Agents to work with company-provided leads and help guests plan unforgettable high-end villa stays.
This role is ideal for professionals with travel, hospitality, or timeshare sales experience who thrive in a relationship-focused sales environment.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle company-supplied villa leads in a professional and service-focused manner
  • Build rapport with guests and identify travel needs to recommend luxury villa options
  • Use destination and product knowledge to maximize villa sales and overall vacation value
  • Work with villa suppliers to confirm availability, manage holds, and finalize bookings
  • Clearly communicate pricing, terms and conditions, and booking details
  • Strongly recommend trip protection throughout the quoting and booking process
  • Input reservations and invoices accurately using company systems
  • Complete required paperwork and administrative tasks related to villa bookings
  • Maintain ongoing contact with clients to generate repeat business and referrals
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual performance and revenue goals
  • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and ongoing product education

Qualifications
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in travel sales, hospitality, timeshare or other consultative sales
  • Proven ability to sell to affluent or luxury-focused clientele
  • Strong destination knowledge of luxury vacation markets such as France, Italy, Mexico, Europe, Hawaii, and the Caribbean
  • Sales-driven mindset with strong relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence
  • High level of self-discipline, accountability, and motivation to achieve sales goals
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet-based systems
  • Dedicated home office with cable or fiber optic high-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps upload / 5 Mbps download)
  • Must reside in and be authorized to work in a U.S. state

Work Schedule & Travel
  • Full-time schedule (40 hours per week); one weekend day is required.
  • Schedule: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern; Training schedule will vary.
  • Willingness to travel on familiarization (FAM) trips when required

Estimated Pay Range: $15.00 hourly plus sales incentives.
