About this Opportunity
Responsible for supporting various HR functions within the consulting practice, the HR Assistant will provide exceptional support to the HR administrative operations of our clients. From assisting with the recruitment process and conducting HR-related research to maintaining employee personnel files and supporting benefits administration, this role is an integral part of our professional team.
Requirements:
- A minimum of two (2) years of HR administrative experience in compliance, full-cycle recruitment, benefits and leave administration, documentation management, and employee support.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Organized with the ability to maintain fluidity as schedules and priorities shift.
- Focused with a strong attention to detail and process orientation.
- Adept at technology, preferably Click-Up, Microsoft Office Suite at a minimum.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field; or, equivalent education/training/experience combination.
- Part-time position with an average of 20 hours/week, Monday-Friday, flexibility within standard business hours.
- While this is a remote-first position, it is preferred that candidates reside in the Wilmington, NC area.
- Candidates must possess a private, professional home office equipped with necessary technology (such as a computer, webcam, high-speed internet) to effectively perform the duties of this role. This includes a quiet space conducive to conducting confidential conversations, virtual meetings, and maintaining a focused work environment without interruptions.
