Digital Content Specialist

Job Summary
The Digital Content Specialist is a key contributor to a fast-paced, multifunctional team, and serves as a strategic thinker and a trusted collaborator and advisor to people and teams across broad departments, programs, and platforms. The Digital Content specialist role will be primarily centered around a new practice SharePoint site that will require updating, content and video production along with thought leadership around the content and training provided across all of Mainline's practices.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Organizes and manages digital content on Mainline's Intranet, working closely with business content owners to ensure consistency and navigability throughout the Intranet, keeping all resources up to date and relevant to market trends.
- Writing content for various platforms, including blogs and social media posts, when necessary
- Work and collaborate with practice leaders and partner managers to develop win wires, blog posts, whitepapers, videos, etc.
- Keep all information up to date, fresh and relevant for the audience
- Research and manage industry trends regarding new technologies and new learning options for internal sales enablement regarding our practice areas.
Education and/or Experience
- 5-7 years of digital content, marketing, and/or digital content development experience in the technology industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint and SharePoint development
- Must be a team player with strong collaboration skills and enthusiasm for working closely with Practice Leaders and the exec team.
- Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders up to the executive level
- Highly motivated, organized, and accountable, possessing strong self-direction
- Excellent attention to detail and writing and editing capabilities, with an eye for dynamic, polished, on-brand content and training
- Strong communication skills, experience project managing complex web projects, competing timelines, and comprehensive documentation
- Strong knowledge and experience with a variety of social media tools.
- Must have strong presentation and communication skills.
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
- Physical environmental factors of this position include those found in typical business office environment or home office environment.
- Requires use of general office equipment and personal computer equipment.
- Ability to travel. Various means of travel may be required, including auto and air travel.
This position requires travel: Rarely - May be required to work irregular schedules including but not limited to as applicable: Nights, weekends, holidays, on-call, and/or overtime.
