IT Support Technician (Entry Level)

Position Summary: We are seeking an initiative-taking individual to join our team as an Entry Level IT Support Technician. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing onsite desktop support, managing IT tickets, and assisting with various entry-level IT tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in the dynamic field of Information Technology.

Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite desktop support to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
• Handle IT tickets efficiently, prioritizing and escalating as needed.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
• Offer training and support to end-users on IT-related topics.

Qualifications:

• Educational background in IT, Computer Science (Optional).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware, software, and networking.
• Customer-focused with excellent people skills.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative environment.

Salary range: $23-$28/hour
