Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: 12999 St Charles Rock Road, Bridgeton, MO 63044, United States

Start Time: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Role and Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for receiving phone calls and emails regarding parts order questions, quotes, and orders.
  • Respond to inquiries from customers or individuals on product operation or direct them to the appropriate personnel for assistance.
  • Monitor, expedite, and follow up on order changes, specialty, and delayed shipment items.
  • Process credit requests as necessary, ensuring proper documentation and processes are followed.
  • Utilize Hussmann's Parts Oracle System to capture customer information, generate proposals, and monitor order processing.
  • Communicate product delivery issues with customers to ensure accurate and satisfactory transaction completion.
  • Collaborate with the Parts Warehouse to monitor order processing for shipment.
  • Assist in maintaining the integrity of customer and transaction data.
  • Support the integrity of information for the Warranty Parts Ordering and Tracking Systems.
  • Make outbound calls to convert open quotes to orders.
  • Utilize internal resources to identify customer parts requests.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of customer service experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse team and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple, competing priorities/tasks with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to meet short- and long-term deadlines.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Must be flexible to work outside normal working hours and weekends as required.
