Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a well-rounded Handyman to become a part of our team!
You will perform necessary work to keep properties in good shape!
Responsibilities:
- Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
- Order and replace broken parts or equipment
- Maintain a clean and a safe work space
- Perform other duties, as assigned
- Remodel spaces
Qualifications:
- 5 years previous experience in carpentry, drywall, painting, minor plumbing & electrical, HVAC, and/or other related fields/trades
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Clean, polite, and professional
- Reliable transportation to and from various work sites
- Able to work weekends when required
- Fluently in speaking, reading, and writing English, additional languages a plus
- Understanding use of technology - specifically mobile job apps, navigation, etc.
