Job Location: Winston Salem, NC; Open to US Remote Candidates

At NMG, we are committed to delivering exceptional experiences and innovative solutions to our Members. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and strategic integrated marketing strategy and activation manager to join our dynamic Omnichannel Marketing team.

The Senior Integrated Marketing Manager spearheads, implements, and maximizes marketing growth initiatives for top-tier Members. This role is focused on categories including Bedding, Home Appliances, and Consumer Electronics, with a primary emphasis on leading brands such as Serta Simmons Bedding, Tempur Sealy International, GE Appliances, Whirlpool, and Electrolux. Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, this person has no direct reports at present.

The selected candidate will regularly engage with Members to grasp business initiatives, transforming these insights into impactful marketing programs. It is crucial that they excel in workload management, exhibit professionalism in all communications, adeptly multitask, and make sound business decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead collaborative, strategic marketing planning with key stakeholders such as Shopper Marketing, Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, Field Sales, and Merchant teams to develop integrated, digital-centric strategies aligned with business goals. Execute with excellence.
  • Manage marketing efforts for Enterprise accounts and Large dealers; Continually optimize for effectiveness.
  • Manage, track and communicate post-promotional analyses and scorecard for all programs.
  • Create and present customer presentations and business reviews with precision and impact.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews; Synthesize goals and learnings to inform/optimize plans.
  • Develop a deep understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices, translating them into actionable insights for Vendor Partners, Retailers, Field Reps, and all appropriate key stakeholders.
  • Host internal and external webinars and conference calls, engaging Members and a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or other related discipline is required, MBA a plus
  • 7-10 years of experience in shopper marketing, brand marketing, retailer marketing, account management or related area; Digital marketing experience required
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing plans for enterprise-level accounts
  • Deep understanding of the full range of marketing vehicles such as digital, social media, point-of-sale, promotions, sales materials, direct mail, etc., and the strategic application of all
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, with experience managing digital ad campaigns
  • Current knowledge of industry, shopper and consumer trends
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks for multiple stakeholders concurrently
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and develop strategic solutions
  • High level of professionalism and excellent presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of creative process and good design principles
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for driving results and continuous improvement

Work Environment:

Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access all components of the workstation and other office equipment. Frequent typing, writing, bending, and twisting. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.

General office environment with moderate noise. This position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions. Frequent computer use at workstation for extended periods of time. Public contact position requiring appropriate business apparel.
