Job Description
Salary: $70,000 to $140,000
Position Description:
In this role you will be responsible for managing accounts and selling HVAC mechanical projects and services.
Essential Job Functions:
- Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Establish customer rapport with products and services
- Generate accurate and complete sales proposals
- Help facilitate post-sale transitions with installation managers and installers
- Educate prospective customers on the latest products and services
- Regularly call on assigned accounts
- Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads
- Strong negotiation skills
- Participate in training on the latest industry technologies
Requirements:
- Candidates should have experience in the following areas:
- HVAC special projects
- HVAC sales or service
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Demonstrates problem solving and negotiating skills
- Intimate knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
- Presentation and demonstration skills
- Operates effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision
