Shenandoah Low Rent Housing Agency has one (1) full-time opening for Maintenance Technician.
Applicants must be familiar with all aspects of residential maintenance and apartment renovation.
We are seeking team-work oriented individuals who believe in excellent customer service, the quality of their work, and can be held responsible for independently getting the job completed in a timely manner, as required.
Applicants must be flexible and able to adapt to various maintenance technician job duties at various locations throughout the working day/week.
Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Applicants must be able to pass a physical/drug screen and criminal history background check.
Must have a valid State of Iowa Driver's License and reliable transportation.
position also requires working nights, weekends, and holidays when scheduled for on-call.
