Construction Site Superintendent

Job Title: Project Manager

Compensation: Dependent on Experience

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• Work to maintain and exceed company-standard project timelines.
• Coordinate and manage vendors and subcontractors, including but not limited to material deliveries and labor crews.
• Verify that homes are built according to specifications and plans
• Interact on occasion with clients, designers, and other stakeholders in a cordial and professional manner.
• Manage multiple schedules and projects simultaneously
• Identify opportunities for cost or time savings throughout the project

Preferred Qualifications

• Management or Supervisory experience in Construction. Candidates with custom home experience will be strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and understand architectural plans and detail drawings.
