Job Title: Hybrid Data Entry Clerk

Pay: $17 an hr | Bi-weekly

Job Type: Hybrid in Pittsburgh, PA 15238

Shift Options:

• M-F 8:30-5:00 with a possible Saturday rotation. Training will be determined closer to start date.

Hybrid Data Entry Clerk Overview:

• Telework position, this position is responsible for member-facing outreach to support Medicare part D stars initiatives.
• Calls are made to members across the country, so work hours may include any appropriate call times for North American time zones.
• Execute pharmacy programs
• Coordinate strategies for increasing adherence
• Utilize health coaching to impact member behavior
• Communication provider offices as appropriate
• Ensure effective collaboration with internal and external matrix partners to support clinical programs
• Work collaboratively with leadership and management to adapt and strengthen business and operational processes
• handling prescription orders in accordance with standard operating procedures, links order entry, data perfection, completing orders, and supporting any other Pharmacy Clerk (ROCC) area

Hybrid Data Entry Clerk Qualifications:

• 1+ years of customer or patient facing experience
• Superior communication skills with patients and clinicians
• Ability to prioritize daily to monthly deliverables
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Sharepoint
