Brand Management Trainee

We are currently seeking several entry level trainees to come up with creative brand development, marketing trends, and other advertising as needed. The Brand Management Trainee will be responsible for creating and implementing internal and external customer communication and outreach programs. If you're highly creative, enjoy meeting with customers, love finding new angles and have an eye for detail, our Brand Management Trainee role is an exciting chance to prove yourself.

Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Brand Management Trainee:

• Manage and service existing customer relationships through direct and in-person contact
• Tell a brand story by conducting engaging product presentations for customers
• Answer all potential customers questions in a professional manner
• Always operate with the highest degree of urgency and care; remembering we are the face for our clients and the services they provide
• Be a problem solver - find creative solutions to issues
• Monitor the results of our promotional campaigns to maximize company revenue and drive brand awareness
• Highlight issues and identify opportunities by utilizing the tools provided within our company

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 0-2 years of experience in Marketing, Branding, Sales or a related field is preferred
• Must have tremendous organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Must demonstrate superior customer service in the office and working in the field with our potential new leads
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• The successful Brand Management Trainee must be highly motivated, be willing to take initiative, have a positive attitude and exhibit a strong work ethic to further advance within our company
• Must show the ability to engage and interact with customers and fellow Brand Management Trainees in a professional manner
