Job Description
Way Mechanical is a Mechanical Contractor located in Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Nashville, and Nort Carolina. We specialize in commercial air conditioning, plumbing, piping, and the maintenance of these systems. Way Mechanical is at the forefront of design build/design assist, preconstruction, commissioning, building information modeling (BIM), and quality control.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnoses HVAC, refrigeration, and performance through observation, testing, and setup
- Ability to perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment.
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow construction plans and specifications for proper installation and repair.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Stable work history showing responsibility and professional growth.
- Ability to effectively communicate with peers, supervisors, and the customer.
