Summary: As an Optical Frame Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting our patients with selecting the perfect frames and lenses, combining fashion sense with practical functionality. This role involves precise adjustments and repairs of eyeglasses, as well as upholding the aesthetics and organization of our optical showroom. If you have a background in retail, customer service, or sales, we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personalized assistance to patients in frame selection and lens options, offering styling advice.
• Accurate measurement of eyewear using specialized optical tools.
• Adjustment, dispensing, and repair of patient eyewear for optimal fit and comfort.
• Efficient communication with patients, providing updates on order progress.
• Meticulous handling of job orders and patient transactions.
• Collaboration with our Optician for specialized advice.
• Maintenance of a clean, organized, and inviting optical showroom.

Position Type:

• Full-time.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 40 hours/week
