CENTURY POST FRAME | NOW HIRING

POST-FRAME GENERAL LABORER

Fargo, ND Full-Time • $22–$27/hour DOE

Mon–Fri, 10-hour shifts

Available; some Saturdays required

Project-dependent; overnight stays may be required

THE OPPORTUNITY

Century Post Frame is looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our construction crews. As a General Laborer, you will work alongside experienced crew leaders and foremen building post-frame structures including agricultural buildings, shops, garages, and other commercial and residential structures.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

· Ground framing and standing wall sections.

· Setting trusses, installing purlins, bracing, and structural framing.

· Installing roof and wall steel

· Installing soffit, fascia, windows, doors, and associated trims.

· Operating and working from skid steers, telehandlers, scissor lifts, and other construction equipment as trained and authorized.

· Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.

· Following all company safety requirements, including PPE, fall protection, equipment procedures, and daily jobsite documentation.

· Working as a team to meet project schedules, productivity expectations, and Century Post Frame quality standards.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn.

  • Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in changing weather conditions.

  • Able to lift, carry, and handle construction materials safely.

  • Dependable transportation to and from jobsites.

  • Able to work effectively as part of a crew and follow direction.

  • Construction or post-frame experience is a plus — but experience is not required.

WHAT CENTURY OFFERS

  • Competitive starting pay of $22–$27/hour, depending on experience.

  • Full-time employment with a Monday–Friday, 10-hour schedule.
