Construction Superintendent – Lead Onsite Operations for Premier Commercial and Federal Projects

The Opportunity

You will serve as the critical onsite leader, driving the daily execution and safety enforcement of complex commercial and federal builds. This role empowers you to manage diverse subcontractor teams while receiving direct operational backing from company owners who stay actively involved. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure work progresses according to schedule and strict quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong technical proficiency in blueprint reading, specification interpretation, and contract administration.
  • Deep operational knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards relevant to large-scale construction sites.
