Billing Coordinator

The Billing Coordinator is an entry level position assisting the Accounting Department with account receivable/payable, monitors email databases and uses current software system to service insured accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Billing Coordinator include the following.
- Daily Cash Receipt Entry.
- Prepare and maintain invoicing.
- Manage email databases.
- Prepare collection reports and assist with collection process - emails & calls.
- Payable Reconciliations.
Qualifications/Competencies needed to perform the job as Billing Coordinator successfully include:
- Ability to multitask/work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Must understand accounts receivable/payable with at least 1 year accounting experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate both orally an in writing on an above average level.
- Ability to read and interpret documents.
- Ability to deal comfortably and professionally with all levels of personnel.
- Ability to work well under pressure, work independently and adjust to changing priorities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Applications - Email, Word & Excel.
