Program Manager - Nuclear Complex - DOE
- Must possess a bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: business, management, finance, or accounting.
- Must have at least 10 years of management/supervisory experience with at least 5 years in the DOE or commercial nuclear complex.
- Must demonstrate experience in the development of oral and written presentations sufficient to adequately assist NNSA in presenting issues and recommending solutions to all levels of Federal and Contractor management.
- Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOE "Q" security clearance.
- Facilitate development and periodic review of SRS APMO Directives
- Oversee the process of issuing new and revised SRS APMO Directives
- Responsible for the accurate and timely upkeep of the SRS APMO Directives Log
- Serve as an Issue Analyst for SRS APMO
- With data from Functional Area Leads and Federal Project Directors, create an Annual Assessment Plan for the SRS APMO to be approved by the Management Review Board (MRB)
- Work with Assessors to ensure assessment plans and assessment reports are uploaded into STAR
- Effective and efficient record-keeping regarding SRS APMO assessments (plans, reports, change request forms, transmittal letters, corrective action plans)
- Gather documents to be reviewed and approved by MRB
- Facilitate MRB meetings weekly
- Trending and reporting of SRS APMO assessment status
- Work with other SRS APMO members to create process improvements when necessary
