As a Cashier/Customer Service Representative at TMZ Events, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing friendly and efficient service while ensuring smooth transactions. Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries, purchases, and ticketing transactions.
Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately to process payments, refunds, and exchanges.
Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, including stocking merchandise and promotional materials.
Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner, escalating issues as needed.
Assist with event coordination and logistics, including crowd management and ticket scanning.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of events and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
Previous experience in cashiering, retail, or customer service roles preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in basic math and computer skills, including familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
