We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate.

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Sales Associate at St.Johns Yacht Harbor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our store.  Your main responsibilities will include assisting customers with their purchases, handling transactions, maintaining store cleanliness and appearance, restocking merchandise, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & EXPECTATIONS:

• Assist customers in finding and purchasing products
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Ensure shelves are adequately stocked and merchandise is neatly displayed
• Greet customers with an award-winning smile and provide friendly, helpful assistance 
• Perform opening and closing duties as needed
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• At least 18 years of age
