Hey there! We're on the hunt for a Senior Accountant whos not only a whiz with numbers but also loves diving deep into financial reports and making sense of them for the rest of us. What You'll Do:

• Manage the day-to-day of our international financial operations. Think overseeing reports, ensuring everything's up to snuff with GAAP, and being the go-to for our subsidiaries.
• Dive deep into the general ledgers and financial statements, keeping everything accurate and transparent.
• Get your detective hat on for inventory reconciliations and explain any mysteries (a.k.a. variances) we come across.
• Analyze revenue, costs, and profit margins that span across the globe.
• Forecast cash flows like a pro and make sure we're all set for the future.
• Help convert financial statements into U.S. dollars and consolidate all that info to give us the big picture.
• Be our in-house expert on maintaining and depreciating fixed assets.
• Keep our internal controls top-notch and audit-ready at all times.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Youve got at least 4 years of experience under your belt, ideally in the manufacturing world.
• Youre a master of PLEX or similar ERP systems and you can make Excel sing (advanced skills required!).
• Youve got a Bachelors degree in Accounting.
• Superb communication skills and a knack for explaining complex stuff in simple terms.
• A real team player attitude but also the independence to tackle projects on your own.
