• Direct Staff Training Manager

Job Summary

Designs, implements, and maintains direct staff training programs (Vocational, Residential, and Housing) per governmental regulations and statutes. Conducts in-person, remote, and online training programs for new hires. Works closely with Vocational and Residential Program Directors to determine the specific skills and knowledge that employees need to improve their job performance and ensure that the training programs meet the organization’s goals. Evaluates the training programs by assessing the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments to improve their impact.

Qualifications

The Direct Staff Training Manager shall meet the minimal qualifications:

A. Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in human resources, education, or business administration is preferred, but not required.

B. 245D documentation experience is preferred, but not required.

C. Previous experience in training and development is preferred, but not required.

D. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

E. Valid Driver’s License

F. Up to date Auto Insurance

G. Computer skills required: Microsoft Office, Google Apps. Previous experience with ADP Workforce is preferred, but not required.
