International Exports Logistics Coordinator

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an International Exports Logistics Coordinator to join our client in Jacksonville, FL! The International Exports Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of ocean exports and imports, ensuring compliance with company procedures, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements. This Direct-Hire opportunity offers up to $65,000/year!

Essential Functions:

• Coordinate import/export bookings, ensuring accurate scheduling.

• Collaborate with warehouse and drayage companies for container loading.

• Process export documentation promptly to meet deadlines.

• Review, approve, and manage logistics-related invoices.

• Facilitate customs clearance for imports, ensuring ISF filing.

• Maintain up-to-date cargo information in system software.

• Monitor orders and provide timely updates to customers.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and communicate to Director.

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and requests.

• Perform additional duties to support logistics operations.

Required Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 3-5 years of ocean export experience, preferably in manufacturing, forwarding, or distribution.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in AES filing procedures, NetSuite, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with distribution systems preferred.
