Service Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and providing preventative maintenance on commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment and systems. This is a dynamic role that requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Duties

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on assigned commercial food equipment. (Adjust, align, assemble, calibrate, inspect, lubricate and test)
• Analyze equipment performance and make recommendations for improvements or repairs.
• Manage vehicle inventory, maintenance and appearance.
• Respond to service calls and maintain accurate documentation of service activities, including service reports and inventory records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds without assistance.
