Accounting Associate

Interviews will be done in person.

Flexibility to cover the 40hours between 730AM - 6PM. During close week it might be required to work some additional hours.

This is a backup for Accounts Payable (knowing 3 way match is a plus) , Accounts Receivable, Accounting. (knowledge of debits and credits) Clerical work around.

What are must haves the candidate should have for this position? Team Player and multitask, and experience moving in fast space environment and managing high volume of data. Also, this person must have fun in what it does.

Are you needing 5 to 7 years’ experience for this position? Yes, this is reasonable experience time.

5-7 Years of Experience, Performs routine accounting activities such as maintenance of the general ledger, preparation of various accounting statements and financial reports and accounts payable or receivable functions. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
