Allocation Analyst

The Allocation Analyst is responsible for managing the inventory allocations for key vendor-managed accounts to ensure necessary inventory is available in stores to meet sales goals.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Accurately implement the merchandising strategy for vendor-managed accounts, optimizing store inventory through managing min/max planning tools, while meeting or exceeding inventory goals.
- Provide store level analytics to improve allocations.
- Coordinate with the Store Merchandising team to resolve store-level inventory issues.
- Manage store shipment schedules with Store Merchandising team to align with merchandising rep schedules.
- Develop and maintain standardized reports.
- Collaborate with Operations on inventory line changes to improve efficiency and reduce residual inventory.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, business administration or similar
- 2-3 years of related experience in inventory allocation and/or planning
- Advanced Excel skills required. Proficiency in all other Microsoft Office programs: Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Experience with ERP systems, BI software, databases
- High attention to detail with strong capacity for multi-tasking
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Strong work ethic, high level of motivation, willingness to learn quickly
- Passion for problem solving and data analysis
- Collaborative, strong communicator, and works well with a team
You must be able to work in our office in Lansdale, PA. Employees may work remote some days after an initial training period in the office, but candidates must be local to our office.
