Job Summary
- Supports sales team in driving up revenue and growing the client base.
General Accountabilities
- Manages large and small accounts internally and externally.
- Develops profitable and sustainable sales growth of all accounts.
- Develops plans and implements strategy for securing and maintaining accounts.
- Maintains a thorough understanding of the customers' end use markets, their client base, and their main competitors.
- Establishes and builds strong working relationships with business leaders and team members.
- Manages day-to-day client communications and relationships.
- Selects and hires potential account representatives.
- Supervises a team of account representatives.
- Assists sales team members with building and managing client relationships.
- Manages overall customer satisfaction.
- Prepares sales proposals.
- Assists with budget development.
- Works with suppliers to expand opportunities for clients.

Job Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
