Human Resources Specialist - Bilingual Spanish

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist - Bilingual Spanish to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various HR functions and providing support to the HR Department.

This position carries out responsibilities in the following areas: benefits administration, employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation and interpretation, recruitment/employment, and employment law compliance.

Please Note: This is a bilingual Spanish position.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting employee orientation and onboarding processes
• Assisting with recruitment and sourcing of candidates
• Managing employee records and ensuring data accuracy
• Administering employee benefits programs
• Coordinating training and development programs
• Managing HR-related administrative tasks
• Assisting HR Director internal investigations
• Utilizing UKG for HR management
• Assist employees with the 401(K) plan (new enrollments, terminations, hardship requests, and education seminars)
• Assist supervisors with job descriptions, job postings, and hiring forms
• Maintain confidential information, which includes but is not limited to employee health records and personnel files
• Will work with the Director of Human Resources to maintain compliance with all existing legal and government employment reporting requirements, including but not limited to those requirements related to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

• Strong knowledge of human resources management principles and practices
• Proficiency in using HR software systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Experience in conducting employee evaluations and performance management processes
• Familiarity with HR sourcing strategies and recruitment techniques
• Administrative skills for managing HR-related tasks efficiently

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in Human Resources
• Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS
• Punctual and proactive
