We are a dynamic and leading Retail company dedicated to the distribution of professional beauty supplies, providing manufacturers with channels to reach customers across professional, non-professional, and B2B segments.  The company has grown steadily through strategic acquisitions and new store openings. We pride ourselves on innovation, creativity, and connecting with our audience in meaningful ways. As we expand we are seeking a talented Field Sales Associate  to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Associate to join our team. The Field Sales Associate will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base across both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-customer (B2C) markets. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to effectively manage time and resources. The ideal candidate will be reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales routes to both business and consumer clients within designated territories.

• Identify and research potential clients or customers in the designated territory while also actively seeking out new leads and opportunities.

• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotions to potential customers.

• Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure sales agreements, close sales deals and obtain customer commitments. 

• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by management.

• Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.

• Ensure proper inventory management and stock rotation to maximize sales opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and optimize sales strategies.

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales or route sales capacity.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers from diverse backgrounds.

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• Familiarity with driving in the state of Florida and a clean driving record without prior accidents.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software is a plus.

Schedule:

• Tuesday to Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Associates are required to arrive at the warehouse by 8:00 AM to start uploading the company vehicle with merchandise.

• Sales routes will commence at 9:00 AM and conclude by 4:00 PM.

• Associates will return to the warehouse for reporting, inventory management, and any necessary debriefing before leaving at 4:00 PM.

Compensation and Benefits:

 Salary: $45,000-$55,000

• On-the-road training will be provided to ensure proficiency in sales techniques and product knowledge.

• A company car will be issued for business use during working hours.

Work Location: The Field Sales Associate will be primarily operating within designated territories in Miami Dade County and Broward County. Please note that extensive travel within these areas is required for this position.
