Kinzler Construction Services in Mooresville, NC is calling all dedicated and responsible individuals to apply to join our amazing team as a full-time Equipment Service Technician! You will ensure the timely and efficient service and repairs of any insulation blower machines covered under the Kinzler service contracts. All Equipment Program Service technicians will always work in a safe and effective manner with special emphasis on safety awareness and accident prevention.

YOUR LIFE AS AN EQUIPMENT SERVICE TECHNICIAN
In this role, you serve existing accounts by maintaining rapport with contract customers; examine insulation blower machine issues; identifying solutions; plan travel schedule for service calls. Effectively troubleshoot, repair and service insulation blower machines in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner. Provide prompt, professional, courteous and enthusiastic customer service. Consult with equipment program customers via phone to troubleshoot equipment problems. You will create work orders in our computer system and document maintenance performed on all equipment that have been repaired. Shipping and receiving of equipment. Create Bills of Lading and coordinate the logistics with transportation companies of equipment that is shipped from and received to our facility. Execute the movement of equipment through the Kinzler facility to provide a safe and organized environment. Assist Kinzler Construction Services employees with troubleshooting equipment problems.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must have experience with basic electronic circuits and a good mechanical background in servicing equipment.
- Knowledge of construction business and/or 1 year prior related experience helpful but not necessary.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to effectively read, speak and write the English language.
- Ability to use good judgment and problem-solving skills while striving to work safely at all times.
