Site Manager

Description:

Day to day -Walking down the field - Making sure the work is getting done -Will have a team of construction superintendents + multiple foremen + quality control, and project engineers that would work under him. Not reporting into the Site Manager necessarily, but he would ensure the work is being completed. They will be directing the site Superintendent; - They have responsibility for making scheduling updates to BWXT schedulers for any issues on site, -Communicating with OPG and BWXT head office (BWXT) -Reporting to OPG on daily progress and any challenges that they are having -Some high-level disciplinary conversations if they run into that -Observation and coaching on the field if required -Taking care of the unknowns
