About the Role:

The Day Porter plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within a facility. This position ensures that all common areas, restrooms, and workspaces are kept orderly and sanitized throughout the day, contributing to operational efficiency and employee well-being. The Day Porter supports the manufacturing team by promptly addressing cleanliness issues, managing waste disposal, and performing minor maintenance tasks as needed. By maintaining high standards of hygiene and facility appearance, the Day Porter helps uphold company reputation and compliance with health and safety regulations. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and respond quickly to the dynamic needs of a manufacturing environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or porter services preferred but not required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
