Eastern Staffing & Recruiting is currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist for our client in the Charleston, SC area, specifically the West Ashley area.  As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction and building lasting relationships. Your exceptional communication skills and professionalism will be crucial in providing outstanding customer support and resolving any issues or inquiries they may have. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing company in the cosmetics sector and show that we are customer OBSESSED. 

This is a 1st shift position Monday through Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm, with the possibility of some overtime though out parts of the year.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
  • Research and resolve order related issues; order status, tracking updates, and carrier claims.
  • Educate customers on our product offerings and provide recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
  • Ensure that delivery at all contact points is timely, on brand, and consistent.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as social and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Could be asked to perform multiple duties as needed by the company to include but is not limited to order processing, warehousing, fulfillment.
  • Assist with product troubleshooting and offer technical support when needed.
  • Could be asked to work in various roles to help the company be successful.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction, sales from support, and improve overall customer service processes.

 

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong computer literacy is required
  • Growth-oriented
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively via written and verbal channels
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
